Соревнования проводятся с 27 по 31 марта 2019 года в г. Петрозаводске на территории отеля «Фрегат», акватория Онежского озера. Регистрация участников начинается с 1 октября 2018 года на сайте http://victoria-karelia.ru/. Окончание регистрации – 15 марта 2019 года.
